Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht. Lediglich die Lage ist nicht optimal. Die Fewo liegt an einer stark befahrenen 4-spurigen Strasse und im EG befindet sich ein Restaurant. Mit den öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt ist auch etwas umständlich, da erst Bus und dann U-Bahn gefahren werden muss.
