Can I contact the owner before booking?
In this case, there are differences between the request booking, Direct Enquiry and online booking.

Request Booking: To rent a holiday house, you can contact the owner via the contact form or by phone and make a booking inquiry. You can use this opportunity to ask any questions you have to the property owner.

Online booking and Direct Enquiry: With online booking you won’t receive the contact details of the landlord until after the booking has been made. If you have any questions for the landlord before making the booking, you can contact us by telephone on +44 (0)33 333 61 029 or contact us by E-Mail (for Online Booking: , for Direct Enquiry: We will forward your questions to the landlord immediately and contact you back as quickly as possible.
What should I do if the landlord does not respond to my booking request?
Many landlords work irregular hours and may not be reached around the clock. But first, clarification must be made between the Direct Enquiry and Enquiry Booking systems.

Enquiry Booking: If the reply takes longer than you’d expect, we recommend that you call the owner directly. Contact details can be found on the listing at the top left under "Contact Information". If you don’t reach anyone or receive a reply within a few days, you should contact us. We will also try to get in touch with the landlord. If you urgently need an answer, you should look for an alternative holiday.

Another option is to choose an accommodation that you can book by Direct Enquiry or directly online. The Online Booking booking system avoids a possibly lengthy request process with the property owner, as well as time spent waiting for a response.

Direct Enquiry: Landlords should reply with 24 hours of the enquiry being made. Should they fail to reply, they will have another 24 hours to confirm your booking. In this second 24-hour period, if the landlord confirms your booking, you ultimately have the choice as to whether you wish to confirm the booking. If the owner does not reply with a 48-hour time period, the booking request will be cancelled without cost.
How do I collect the keys?
If the listing has not provided any information regarding the collection of the keys, we encourage you to contact the landlord in order to clarify all the details. These details, such as the type of the keys as well as the exact time and place you should collect them from should be clarified a few days before your arrival. Please also remember to write down the contact details of the landlord and take them with you!
