You holiday apartment in Hamburg - it doesn't get more central than this!
The property lies to the west of the Alster, in direct proximity to the university.
Shopping facilities as well as bars and pubs are within walking distance.
If you take the bus you are in the Inner City in five minutes. The bus stop "Bezirksamt Eimsbüttel" (metrobus 5) is directly at the door. The underground station "Hoheluftbrücke" (U3) is barely a 5 minuet walk away. The U3 will take you to many of the tourist attractions, such as the Hamburg Harbour, the fish market, the Landungsbrücken, the St. Michaelis church, the Inner City, etc.
Numerous leisure activities are directly at your doorstep. You can take a relaxing walk to the Outer Alster through the villa districts of Harvestehude and Rotherbaum. The Isebek Canal is also just a stone's throw away. Also just around the corner: the tennis court and the Johannes B. Kerner studio.
The renowned Abaton Cinema, particularly well-known for its English originals, is not even a five minute walk away.
And, if you feel like exercise or spa treatments, you can treat yourself to a few hours in the nearby spa and gym Kaifu Lodge.

This studio apartment is perfect for 1-2 people, although it is possible to accommodate up to 4 people per night.
Fitted with a large double bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed (140cm), the apartment has been newly renovated (white ingrain wallpaper and laminate flooring) and has also been totally refurnished.
There is a LCD flat screen TV with cable and a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine and has an outward-looking window. The bathroom is tiled with grey/white marble and has a new shower/bath.
The property is located in a solid, well looked-after brick building.
The apartment has a quaint balcony that leads out from the living room and looks onto the garden. A storeroom for bicycles is also available.
The apartment is centrally located in one of the Hamburg's most expensive areas. There are innumerable bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The property is located in a small commercial apartment building.
Please consult with us first if you intend to bring pets with you.
This holiday apartment is a non-smoking property. We kindly ask you to smoke on the balcony.
Bed linen and towels are not usually provided and should be brought along by guests. If desired we can make the beds for you and lay out towels upon arrival for a one-off fee of € 13,- per person. Please let us know at least 2 days before arrival if you would like to take advantage of this service.
Rental Prices
All rates apply for max. 2 guests. An added €5,00 per night will be charged for each additional guest.
For short stays of up to 2 nights, a surcharge of 25.00 € will be applied.

During the Hamburg Harbour Birthday celebrations there is a surcharge of €10.00 per night.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
