Beautiful vacation apartment in Hamburg on the ground floor. Just 2011 built 2-family house.
This peaceful 3-room apartment has a living room and two bedrooms, kitchen, bath. New fitted kitchen with stove,dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, fridge, Microwave etc. The bathroom with a round glas shower cabine and of course a window.
The living room has a sitting area with four chairs, sofa bed, LCD TV,stereo system, SAT- TV, telephone, wireless internet and landline phone calls in Germany are included in the rent !
The master bedroom has a king sizebed, dressers, mirror, the second bedroom has two single beds.
Living room, hall, kitchen, bathroom and the both sleeping rooms are tiled.The whole apartment has underfloor heating.
The view from all windows displays into the Greens. A parking space can be booked with this apartment. It's located in a quiet 30-km zone.
In the basement there is a washing machine and drying room.

Viele Gäste loben die ruhige und grüne Lage der Ferienwohnung, von der aus das Hamburger Zentrum schnell mit der U-Bahn erreichbar ist. Die Räumlichkeiten werden als sehr sauber, geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet beschrieben, wobei zudem die bequemen Betten und das schnelle Internet hervorgehoben werden. Mehrere Besucher schätzen die freundlichen Gastgeber sowie das angenehme Gefühl, sich in der Unterkunft wohlzufühlen. Ein Gast weist jedoch auf eine einfachere, in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung sowie auf eine punktuelle Herausforderung bei der Heizungstechnik hin.

VerifiedDie Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die bequemen Betten wie auch die sehr ruhige Lage haben dazu bei getragen, U-Bahn und Bus sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man ist binnen 15 Minuten in der Hamburger City.
Wir werden wieder kommen.

VerifiedDie Ferienwohnung Oase 1 ist in einem Neubau und sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Parkplätze waren direkt auf dem Grundstück oder am Ende der Sackgasse.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch die sehr nette Vermieterin, die auch sehr hilfsbereit war.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Internet funktionierte sehr gut und schnell.
Wir werden in jedem Fall diese Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn wir in Hamburg sind.

VerifiedWunderschöne Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Die Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut geschnitten. Bei Anreise war sie sehr sauber und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Hamburg, wobei alles (Hafen, Jungfernstieg etc.) von der Wohnung aus innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit ÖPNV oder MOIA erreicht werden kann. Insgesamt, ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden wiederkommen.

VerifiedGut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Hamburg. 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad. Alles vorhanden und gut in Schuss.
FeWo ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend Hamburgs. Parkplätze vorhanden. Insgesamt super gelegen, nur 4 Min zur Autobahn A1, dadurch ideal für Fahrten zur Ostsee. Man ist auch in 12 Minuten U-Bahn im Zentrum von Hamburg.
Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder buchen.

VerifiedEine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zuhause gefühlt. Wurden auch direkt herzlich empfangen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und sehr ruhig, so das alles erreichbar ist.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip und auch für eine Geschäftsreise.
Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Hamburg wird diese Wohnung auf jedenfall wieder die erste Adresse für den Aufenthalt sein.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser Fewo verbracht, sie sieht noch besser aus als auf den Fotos.
Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit viel Natur in der Umgebung und sehr guter Anbindung innerhalb von ca 15 Minuten zur Hamburger City. Zwei U-Bahnen und Busse halten in der Nähe. Ein Edeka ist 3 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß, liebevoll dekoriert und gemütlich. In der Wohnküche ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.
Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und erklärt alles, was für den Aufenthalt in Hamburg wichtig ist.
Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder diese Unterkunft buchen, da wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

VerifiedDie Wohnung war supersauber und entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Absolut ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem ist die U-Bahn schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wir haben das Auto während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht benötigt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. VerifiedEine Wohnung zum Verlieben. Die Vermieterin hat immer schnell und freundlich auf E-Mails und Anrufe reagiert!
Zur Wohnung kann man nur sagen: Top Lage, Top Einrichtung, Top Aussicht ins Grüne, Top- Küche. Sehr gut war auch die U-Bahn-und Bus-Anbindung (3 Min Fußweg), so dass ein Auto in Hamburg völlig überflüssig war! Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub in Hamburg sehr genossen, was wie erwähnt auch zum großen Teil an der Wohnung lag. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung reinen Herzens empfehlen!

Die Lage ist top, mitten im schönen Hamburg mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (2 U-Bahnen und Busse etwa 4 Minuten entfernt, Supermärkte, Cafes und Restaurants um die Ecke).
Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau, 1 a sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

VerifiedWir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Hamburg verbracht.Es war alles geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist super ruhig, aber nur etwa 10 Minuten vom Hafen, Reeperbahn usw entfernt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich ein Traum, mit viel Liebe zum Detail hat der Vermieter an alles gedacht. Die Küche und das Bad sind super ausgestattet. Nichts zu bemängeln.
Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
